German Scientists Invent Remarkable Jellyfish Robot Source:  Max Planck Institute Big Potential for Medical and Environmental Applications Scientists at the Max Planck Institute in Germany have created a tiny soft, swimming robot inspired by jellyfish.  Just a few millimeters in size, it can perform a variety of tasks.  Besides swimming, it can transport objects, burrow, mix different fluids and leave a chemical trail behind it.
