 54% of 2020 Cars Sold in Norway Are Electric                                           Source:  Norway Electric Cars VW - not Tesla - Is the Leader Electric battery vehicles were the #1 car category sold in Norway in 2020 .  EVs hit a record 54% of Norwegian vehicle sales.  Norway is leading the world in its efforts to make gas powered vehicles obsolete.  And in Norway, Volkswagen has scored a big win.  For 2020, it beat out Tesla as the #1 electric vehicle brand. VW's luxury brand Audi and its e-tron electric vehicles were the #1 EV seller. 11 New EV's by 2025 Source:  Kia's Concept HABANIRO Electric Car 2021 Dedicated EV South Korean automotive giant Kia is going electric in a very big way.  As part of its "Plan S", it's pouring $25 billion into electrification.  Kia will launch 11 new EVs by 2025 and it will launch a "dedicated" marque EV model targeted for usage in 2021.  Kia is going globally electric with a smart strategic plan behind its moves. Kia Plan S Their plan includes "Purpose Built" EV models that target corporate buyers, car sharing users, among others.  Kia says it will find most of the $25 billion investment into electrification by cutting spending on internal combustion engines.  Plan S is designed to transition Kia's business while continuously surrounded by two pillars:  EVs and mobility solutions. Ultimate Electric Car Source:  Ferrari SF90 Stradale Hybrid  Ferrari's Hybrid:  Their Most Powerful Car Ferrari is going all-electric.  CEO Louis Camilleri told reporters he anticipates the all-electric Ferrari will come out sometime around 2025.  It's coming in a few years because Camilleri says the battery technology isn't where it should be yet, including the need for faster recharging.  He also wants advanced autonomous systems.  Camilleri sees the advanced technology coming together to create Ferrari's first all electric car by the mid-2020's.
