USAF SUCCESSFULLY TEST FLIES HEXA                                                 Source:  LIFT's HEXA Entirely New Type of Aircraft Austin, Texas-based LIFT Aircraft's eVTOL HEXA is an entirely new type of aircraft that the company says anyone can fly.  The electric, vertical takeoff and landing aircraft has been successfully test flown by the US Air Force, with whom LIFT partners.  The Air Force is exploring military application for the personal flying machine. Drone Innovation Took Flight Today in Texas Source:  Lift Aircraft Photo of Hexa Hexa - the Personal Flight Experience Lift Aircraft, out of Austin Texas, just debuted an exciting piece of aviation innovation.  It's called the Hexa and is an 18-prop electric VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing) aircraft.  In March 2019, you can have your own personal flight experience onboard the drone with a seat in it for an estimated $150 - $250. Renting Hexa Interestingly, Lift doesn't plan on selling the aircraft.  They plan on renting them out for personal flight experiences throughout the United States.
