Exercising with Virtual Reality

NordicTrack's VR Bike Source:  NordicTrack VR Cycling This exercise bike was just unveiled by NordicTrack at the Consumer Electronics Show 2019 in Las Vegas.  PC Magazine has named it the Best Health and Fitness Device released at the CES. VR Headset The HTC Vive Focus headset lets you enjoy VR gameplay while you're burning calories peddling on the bike.  And the exercise and VR are in sync.  Uniquely, the incline on the bike automatically adjusts to the elevation of what you're seeing on the headset.  The process is automatic and in sync. VR Exercise This is a brand new, mind over matter approach to exercise. In fact, it can help you forget that you're exercising. It is pricey: $2,000 which includes the bike, headset and a 1 year membership in iFit for exercise and gaming content.  For more news stories on VR and other innovations, go to  amazon.com/author/ekane
