Readies for Blast-Off
Britain will provide Europe's first spaceports to send tourists into space for vacations.  The UK Space Agency is drafting regulations to permit humans to be launched in spacecrafts to sub-orbital flights from spaceports in Cornwall and in the Scottish Highlands.  This is more globally important confirmation of space tourism launching on the near horizon to provide an exciting new chapter of space travel for global tourists.

Virgin and Sir Richard Branson
The British government has signed a deal with Virgin Orbit to start building the facilities to launch the spacecrafts.  Virgin CEO Sir Richard Branson is a visionary on aviation and an early advocate of tourist travel into space.  His Virgin Galactic space travel company is the most likely candidate to take tourists beyond the atmosphere of the Earth into space to experience weightlessness and see the planet Earth from on high.  So in the near future, instead of a vacation on Cape Cod, Hawaii or Africa, we may have the option to take a vacation in space.
