  • Big news from NASA - a SST prototype has just been announced that's twice as fast as the Concorde, 4-times faster than conventional flights and can fly from NYC to London in 90 minutes
  • Here's what we know:
  1. Breakthrough supersonic plane under development by NASA capable of travelling at Mach 4 or 3,300 mph
  2. Based on NASA's quiet X-59 supersonic plane, designed to fly at Mach 1.3 or 925 mph+ & being co-developed with Lockheed
  3. Flying speeds will average between Mach 2 and 4 or 1,535 mph to 3,045 mph
  4. New SST will be hydrogen-powered
  5. NASA has identified 50 passenger routes over the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans for the new SST
  6. Boeing is leading the new SST project with GE Aerospace and Rolls Royce participating.
  • Meanwhile, X-59 SST is getting ready for its 1st flight test later this year.

  • A NASA scientist believes that there are possible signs of life on Venus and aliens are likely hiding there
  • Here's what we know:
  1. NASA research scientist Dr. Michele Thaler, of the Goddard Space Flight Center, sees possible signs of life on Venus
  2. Venus is 900 degrees F with a CO2 filled atmosphere
  3. Venus has clouds of sulfuric acid droplets
  4. Venus' atmosphere consists of different temperatures
  5. At about 30 miles up (Venus' cloud level), temperatures are close to that on Earth
  6. Many scientists have theorized that photosynthesis is possible on Venus because the planet receives solar energy
  7. Venus has often been seen as Earth's twin because of size and structure but with vastly different atmospheres and conditions
  8. Who's to say what atmospheres and conditions best suit extraterrestrials?

PORSCHE TEASES NEXT PANAMERA

  • For the past three years and 3 million miles of drive testing from the blistering heat of Death Valley to the frigid cold of Finland, Porsche has been developing the next-G of the Panamera with 2 prototypes undergoing final testing in Spain
  • Here's what we know:
  1. Design is very low to the ground, sleek and long
  2. For easy entrance, car rises 2 inches in a second, which is unprecedented
  3. Seats 5
  4. Significant power and performance upgrades
  5. Twin-turbo 4-liter V8 engine model or
  6. Turbo S E-hybrid version that includes:
    1. 140 kWh from electric motor
    2. 25.9 kWh battery pack
    3. Speeds up to 89 mph on electric power only
  7. Porsche has eliminated the standard suspension system and is using twin-chamber adaptive air suspension to ensure a cushioned, comfortable ride
  8. New noise abatement tech for a peaceful cabin
  9. On dash - curvy digital cluster and heads-up display that projects onto the windshield
  • Sounds like an awesome ride from Porsche that will hit in late 2023 or early 2024
  • Pricing estimates start at $98,000.00.
