  • Created by the Polish Mint and named the UFO MP-1766, it will qualify as legal tender.  Here's what we know:
  • It's a coin with a hidden motor, which generates a magnetic field that enables it to float
  • It glows as the result of florescent paint hardened with UV light
  • First country to use it is Cameroon
  • Each coin is worth nearly $3.00
  • The Polish Mint says the real value is significantly more than the nominal value
  • Digital printing and selective copper plating were used in the process
  • Imagine walking into a bar, buying a round of drinks for your tipsy friends and saying:  "Watch this!"  And all the money you spent levitates and goes back to your pocket!!!
