  • Scientific studies can help in choosing from a wide array of expensive wine choices. This is wine news you can use.  Here are the scientific results:
  • Buy white wine in dark bottles; it tastes better because the light doesn't get in and degrade the flavor
  • White and rose wines in clear bottles may leave the wine tasting like a wet dog or boiled cabbage because of sunlight changing the wine's chemistry
  • Corked wine tastes better than screw top
  • Use a tulip glass to get the most out of the wine's aroma
  • Aerate the wine; wine reacts with oxygen which helps the natural flavor develop
  • This is a great example of science enhancing and enriching our lives - bottoms up!

  • Buick has upgraded its Buick Wildcat EV concept, which has automotive experts buzzing that Buick intends to put it into production.  Here's what we know:
  • The sleek, new Wildcat concept unveils Buick's new design and branding strategy
  • The design of the new concept is stunning, aerodynamic and very angular
  • The branding strategy is "exceptional by design" and the EV certainly is
  • The redesigned front of the car has a re-imagined fascia and headlight combination
  • Interestingly Buick, which is in the middle of an evolution, says this concept is a look at their future
  • Buick, which is popular in China, is one of the fastest growing mainstream auto brands with more than 70% of its 2023 sales coming from new customers.

China's "Rocket With Wings" Passenger Plane

1 Hour Flight Beijing to New York City                                             Source:  China Transportation It Is Literally a Blast Chinese startup aerospace company Space Transportation's new space plane is being developed to carry passengers at speeds up to 2,600 mph in suborbital space to go from "point-to-point". That includes space tourism adventures and bullet-fast aircraft flights on Earth. The company says their new technology can fly passengers from Beijing to New York City in one hour. Space Transportation calls the new space plane a "rocket with wings".  They say it will be a fully reusable space plane with large triangular wings with rocket boosters.
