The new Fluid Inside sports helmet take its lead from the protective fluids in the brain to cushion a blow and avoid concussion. The sports helmet has a specialized arrangement of pods filled with a liquid similar to the Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF). CSF is the body's first line of defense against brain injury. On impact, the pods inside the helmet compress providing cushioning and protection.

The Fluid Inside helmet is based on twenty five years of brain research, specifically on how the body uses CSF to protect the brain from injury. The technology is patented and the pods are arranged in matrix patterns customized to the sport, including skiing, biking and ice hockey.
