- He's created consumer-targeted AI chatbots with celebrity avatars on Meta's social apps
- The Meta CEO says it's about entertainment and connecting with leading players in the world around us
- Examples: Snoop Dogg playing a dungeon master giving gaming advice and legendary quarterback Tom Brady having fun answering questions about sports
- The celebrity chatbots are being delivered by Meta AI and are available on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsAPP, the new Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and the Quest 3 headset
- The celebrities are chatting by text right now but their avatars will be getting voices in 2024
- Meta AI can also provide real-time information and generate photo-realistic images based on your prompts
- Tom Brady's Bru chatbot and Chris Paul's Perry chatbot are providing real-time information; many of the others are not but undoubtedly will be soon
- Zuckerberg also intends to add to the celebrity lineup
- Meta has billions of global users every day and experts think that the scale of Meta's platform, that includes Facebook, could make these celebrity chatbots huge.
