China's 1st 3D Printed E Cars

This is something to look forward to in 2019.  China is promising to start selling the world's first 3D printed and produced electric cars.  They have been produced by a partnership between the Chinese 3D printing company Polymaker and Italy's X Electrical Vehicle (XEV).  The companies say the new e-car is going on sale in the spring of 2019 and at a price-tag of $10,000.  We'll keep you posted on this and other news innovation at amazon.com/author/ekane

Netting a Drone - US Army Countermeasure

US Army Invention - Drone Defense Source:  US Army Drone Netting Device Drone Netting Grenade U.S Army researchers have created a 40 mm grenade to protect the armed forces from menacing, enemy or rogue drones.  The defensive drone grenade takes out the drone with a weighted net. Countermeasure - Net Bagging a Drone The net is spring loaded and ejects from the front of the grenade when it nears the drone target.  The net can be triggered remotely by a person on the ground or automatically by an onboard proximity sensor.
