IBM is unveiling an integrated system for Quantum computing at the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show.  The system is designed for scientists and businesses.  It's called IBM Q System One.  IBM is opening a commercial center for Quantum computing in Poughkeepsie, New York in 2019.  IBM is using the CES to showcase its R&D capabilities and its expertise at commercializing new innovative technologies.

Quantum Difference
Quantum computing is radically different from traditional computing.  It's designed to solve highly advanced problems for multiple industries.  There are several challenges facing it.  Developers have to create applications for qubits. And quantum computing requires a continuously cold environment and new hardware architecture. Everything, right now, is cloud based in quantum computing.  IBM launched the Quantum Experience in May 2016 and 100,000 people have accessed quantum systems.
