TV Like You've Never Seen Before
Samsung has unveiled a 98 inch QLED television that runs 8K resolution.  The new TV, unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show 2019 this week in Las Vegas, was called by one journalist "truly breathtaking". Samsung hasn't announced the price or when it will be available.  Their current 85 inch 8K TV sells for $15,000.  Some experts project the new one will retail for $50,000 when it goes to market.

 Samsung also unveiled various microLED panels mounted to the wall that move between sections, changing and accepting images as they join together.  The system is unique and redefines television size and shape in a lego-like fashion.  This is a 75 inch 4K microLED TV with screen  "blocks" and "windows".  No pricing is available yet. Netting a Drone - US Army Countermeasure

US Army Invention - Drone Defense Source:  US Army Drone Netting Device Drone Netting Grenade U.S Army researchers have created a 40 mm grenade to protect the armed forces from menacing, enemy or rogue drones.  The defensive drone grenade takes out the drone with a weighted net. Countermeasure - Net Bagging a Drone The net is spring loaded and ejects from the front of the grenade when it nears the drone target.  The net can be triggered remotely by a person on the ground or automatically by an onboard proximity sensor.
