Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga
This is interesting.  It's a two in one laptop that goes on sale in June 2019.  It's called Lenovo's ThinkPad Xi Yoga.  It's for business and personal use.  It accommodates Amazon's Alexa with microphones at a far field range.  There's also an optional HDR display.


New Tech
This is 4th generation ThinkPad technology for Lenovo.  It's light, a lot less weightier than its predecessor, and the size of the footprint is 17% less.  It includes a digital stylus, 8GB or 16GB of RAM, 8G Intel Core U-Series processors and up to 2 TB of storage.  Price starts at below $2,000 and it was something of interest at the Consumer Electronics Show 2019 in Las Vegas.  For more news stories on breakthrough innovation, go to amazon.com/author/ekane

Netting a Drone - US Army Countermeasure

US Army Invention - Drone Defense Source:  US Army Drone Netting Device Drone Netting Grenade U.S Army researchers have created a 40 mm grenade to protect the armed forces from menacing, enemy or rogue drones.  The defensive drone grenade takes out the drone with a weighted net. Countermeasure - Net Bagging a Drone The net is spring loaded and ejects from the front of the grenade when it nears the drone target.  The net can be triggered remotely by a person on the ground or automatically by an onboard proximity sensor.
