  • Weighs a mere 1300 pounds, lightweight and nimble
  • Design inspired by sports cars of the past - elegant, stylish and uncomplicated
  • Electric motor is rear-mounted with just 56 hp
  • Battery: 31.5 kilowatt-hour
  • Range:  Up to 186 miles on a single charge
  • Unassisted (non-powered) steering and braking - meaning no power steering and no ABS
  • It's a small, nimble, quick, 2-seat comfortable, eco-friendly sports car that's being called a fun ride convertible
  • Netherlands-based Carice is taking orders for the car that's built from the ground up and personalized for the customer starting at $48,478.

  • New research by New York University shows that AI resume screening systems used by many Fortune 500 companies exhibit bias against women and particularly Moms.  Here are some key facts: 
  • New study by NYU researchers on AI resume screening systems used by Fortune 500 companies
  • AI systems found to discriminate against women calling them a "liability"
  • Nearly 2500 resumes reviewed by the NYU team
  • 4 AI models used by companies to review resumes of job candidates were analyzed including ChatGPT and Google's Bard
  • All models rejected resumes with maternity gaps
  • The AI systems exhibited "bias" against women, especially those that took substantial maternity leaves
  • NYU researchers called the findings "alarming" with qualified candidates being filtered by virtue of being women and parenthood
  • Very important research to fix a big AI flaw that discriminates against women.
