  • South Korean automaker Genesis has created a fabulous concept - the Vision Gran Turismo - that's innovation on wheels.  Here are the key facts:
  • Mid-engineered, elegant supercar
  • Aerodynamic, streamlined design and rear spoiler to provide high speed stability
  • Mid-engine layout that moves the driver and powertrain toward the rear
  • The engine is a Lamba 11 V6 supported by an electric supercharger or E-SC
  • 1,000 HP
  • 1,337 nm torque
  • Genesis is calling it a timeless design rooted in the essence of motorsport
  • Also digital version of the vehicle for the Gran Turismo World Series starting in January 2024.
APPLE TO LAUNCH VISION PRO VR HEADSET

  • In February 2024, Apple will launch a new VR headset.  Here's what we know:
  • Called Apple Vision Pro
  • Wearable VR headset that's a standalone and doesn't rely on other devices
  • Some capabilities:
  1. "Infinite" canvas that transforms how you use your apps
  2. Immersive way to experience entertainment and expand the size of the content
  3. Contains Apple's 1st 3D camera
  4. Headset controlled by your eyes, hands and voice
  5. Immersive action with Spatial Audio
  6. May include new software for use in virtual and mixed reality environments
  • Expected price is $3,499.
  • Apple is now ramping up production.

The board is ten feet long and takes less than 60 seconds to snap together. Enjoying the Environment and Not Hurting the Environment Easy Eddy weighs 37 pounds and fits into most cars, SUVs and boats. And it can support weights up to 200 pounds. Netting a Drone - US Army Countermeasure

US Army Invention - Drone Defense Source:  US Army Drone Netting Device Drone Netting Grenade U.S Army researchers have created a 40 mm grenade to protect the armed forces from menacing, enemy or rogue drones.  The defensive drone grenade takes out the drone with a weighted net. Countermeasure - Net Bagging a Drone The net is spring loaded and ejects from the front of the grenade when it nears the drone target.  The net can be triggered remotely by a person on the ground or automatically by an onboard proximity sensor.
